<div class="ExternalClass1AD6EC11695D4D36A053FD89FF58D115"><div><p style="text-align:justify;">Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) is responsible for providing air navigation services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the Company plays an important and vital role in the security and safety of airspace and aircraft movement within Saudi airspace.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Why was SANS established?</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Due to the growing need for promotion of the Saudi air transport industry, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) transformed all investment sectors of the aviation industry into independent companies operating under commercial principles. A number of international consultants were called on to offer their expertise as to how best to achieve success in transforming the air navigation sector into a limited liability governmental company under the name of Saudi Air Navigation Services Ltd. or SANS.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">The transformation into a commercial company on 01/06/2016 as the result of a decision by the Board of Directors of Civil Aviation. Its mission is to achieve strategic objectives that include: becoming a high-performance company conforming to international standards of air navigation service providers, implementing new and proactive methodologies in the field of safety, providing services to its clients in line with the highest standards, achieving financial and administrative independence, and investing in local talent to not only bolster capabilities but also in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<br></p><br></div></div>

<div class="ExternalClass930B0137FD4D4647B0AE6E772A0FDBA7"><div class="ExternalClass2DBD6CFF2BEE4A5EA6E9269842150AD9" dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify;"><div><div><div><p><br></p></div></div></div><p>تقوم شركة خدمات الملاحة الجوية السعودية (SANS) بمسؤولية توفير خدمات الملاحة الجوية في مختلف أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودي، حيث تلعب الشركة دوراً أساسياً وحيوياً في تأمين الأجواء السعودية والحركة الجوية عبرها.<br></p><p>لم تم تأسيس شركة خدمات الملاحة الجوية السعودية (SANS)؟</p><p>نظراً للحاجة المتزايدة لتنمية قطاع النقل الجوي السعودي، اعتمدت الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني خطة تحويل كافة القطاعات الاستثمارية في صناعة الطيران على مستوى المملكة إلى شركات مستقلة تعمل على أساسٍ تجاري. وقد تمت دعوة عددٍ من المستشارين الدوليين لتقديم خبراتهم حول أفضل السبل لتحقيق النجاح في تحويل قطاع الملاحة الجوية إلى شركة حكومية ذات مسئولية محدودة تحت اسم شركة الملاحة الجوية السعودية المحدودة (SANS).<br></p><p>استهلت عملية التحول إلى شركة تجارية في الأول من يونيو لعام 2016م وفق قرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني، وتتمثل مهمة الشركة في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية المرسومة لها؛ وتشمل: تحقيق أداءٍ عالٍ يتوافق مع المعايير الدولية لمقدمي خدمات الملاحة الجوية، وتنفيذ منهجيات جديدة واستباقية في مجال السلامة والأمان، وتوفير الخدمات للعملاء بما يتماشى مع أعلى المعايير الدولية، وتحقيق الاستقلال المالي والإداري للشركة، والاستثمار في الكفاءات الوطنية وتعزيز القدرات السعودية الشابة، في تناغمٍ تامٍ مع رؤية المملكة 2030 الطموحة.</p><p><br></p></div></div>
